Allow us the opportunity to assist you in the care of your family’s vacation home. Periodic services scheduled monthly or more often, augmented with Departure or Service Cleaning during periods of greater need, can be your answer to truly enjoying your second home.
We can arrange to comprehensively clean your home at each interval, while you come and go as you like. You can select whichever level of cleanliness you choose. Most homeowners elect to choose our Comprehensive Care Services. Deep cleaning items are addressed in an ongoing fashion, so that everything is always sparkling. Dusting inside & cleaning exterior glass prior to your arrival is never a problem.
In coordination with our periodic cleaning services or as a “stand alone” periodic (monthly) service, we also have available Home Inspection Services. Information is gathered, reported, and compiled in our database, and communicated to you as necessary/requested. Ongoing maintenance is overseen as closely as you choose, and regular services like landscaping maintenance and pool care can be verified as part of these services. Homeowners living at greater distances may elect to use these services to satisfy Insurance policy requirements related to regular occupancy.
