- Dusting furniture as needed
- Checking & touching up baths as needed
- Removing dead bugs
- Touching up entry/exit glass doors as needed

- Wiping off tables & porch furniture as needed
- Resetting HVAC settings as seasonally appropriate
- Leaving on lights as requested
