Available when you personally use your home & only a portion of it was used. You can request a modified service set at a reduced rate, based on the area used, instead of full departure clean services.
Additionally, after maintenance work is performed or after extended periods when your home is unoccupied, it may be necessary to bring your home up to standard…especially prior to your arrival or one of your guest’s arrival.
When this occurs, inspection services will be used to determine the extent of needed services. Charges will reflect work done. You can request that all work of this sort be approved by you personally.
