Departure Clean Services are the complete cleaning of your vacation home, at your request. Ownership Groups like yours, schedule services annually, by forwarding owner schedules to our offices. Your owner schedule is integrated into our system, and service payments can be made by each individual owner or by your managing partner for your entire group. For changes to the schedule of owner use we recommend that you e-mail, or request a confirmation via e-mail when you call our office, because we’ll send you that confirmation, via e-mail, from our system. This procedure creates a record of all requests, so that no confusion occurs. Changes in service date or time are also handled in this manner. We request that changes of this type be made >72 hours in advance of scheduled services to guarantee their completion. Regardless or your notification time frame, we’ll try to do our best to make your request, our pleasure to complete. Just please, remember to speak directly with a person in our office to get your confirmation when changes occur at the last minute.
Departure Clean Services consist of a thorough cleaning of your home, removal of soiled linens, and replacing with clean linens, if they are not laundered on site. If you are at present a patron of our Periodically Scheduled Services, or in the process of considering it, you may find that the addition of deep cleaning services may be needed to round out our Departure Clean Services. This upgrade, can with regular service, keep the cleaning of your vacation home worry free. It rotates periodic cleaning chores with each scheduled Departure Clean Service.
If Comprehensive Care Services are not selected, supplemental cleaning or even an annual deep cleaning may be necessary, and can be scheduled and performed every 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. - Clean outside of all appliances
- Clean inside of all appliances
- Spot clean & straighten contents of all drawers
- Wipe-down and spot-clean cabinet exteriors
- Spot clean & straighten cabinet contents
- Remove all food, spices, etc & discard
- Remove trash; spot clean waste can; replace liner
- Clean all dirty dishes & put away properly
- Spot clean interior windows as needed.
- Dust blinds
- Wipe-off table and chairs
- Dust baseboards
- Sweep & Mop floor
- Leave kitchen amenities if purchased
- Dust ceiling fans (within reach using extension wands)
- Dust window blinds
- Dust all furnishings and decorative items (within reach using extension wands)
- Dusting of electronic equipment, including computer, dust mop or microfiber cloth
- Vacuum and/or sweep floors
- Vacuum upholstered furniture in main living areas
- Clean Glass entry/exit doors in & out
- Remove cobwebs inside house (within reach using extension wands)
- Dust windowsills and baseboards
- Wipe switch plates and door handles
- Empty trash & Replace Liner
- Dust ceiling fans (within reach)
- Dust window blinds
- Dust all furnishings and decorative items (within reach)
- Linen laundered on site (within time constraints) and returned to beds & baths.
- Change linens and make beds with provided linens
- Dusting of electronic equipment, including computer, monitors, keyboards and printers with electrostatic dust mop or microfiber cloth
- Vacuum and/or sweep floors
- Mop all hard surface flooring
- Clean Glass entry/exit doors in & out
- Remove cobwebs inside house
