Available after maintenance work is performed or after extended periods when your home is unoccupied, it may be necessary to bring your home up to standard…especially prior to your arrival or one of your guest’s arrival.
When this occurs, inspection services will be used to determine the extent of needed services. Charges will reflect work done. You can request that all work of this sort be approved by you personally. This sort of service is not usually necessary for Ownership Groups, except during Winter or early Spring when Owners may elect not to occupy their home for weeks at a time.
